We have had a fantastic couple of weeks at pre school, last week was water week, the children really enjoyed the water balloons, the sprayer on the hose pipe, and chasing around with their friends. We were greatly looking forward to "Nelly", our inflatable spraying elephant, but sadly, Nelly had a hole in it and deflated, so we said a sad goodbye to her, after several years of great service.
This week we had our sports week, we had lots of fun on the field, with throwing and catching, running races, football, parachute, shake your tailfeather, assault courses, and the classics, duck duck goose, egg and spoon, relay, and the hilarious sack race. The children cheered their peers along and really enjoyed the freedom to run around the field and participate together, and of course to get a medal!
We are celebrating the children going off to school with a party on the field, with bouncy castles, a pony and some furry friends are coming to visit. We wish all pur friends the best of luck in their next adventure, we will miss you all, and a big thank you to all our families for their support, we will miss you too!
