Session Times
We offer flexible sessions Monday to Friday in term time only (38 weeks a year).
We are open for 33.75 hours a week between the hours of 8.00am and 2.45pm each day.
Fees
Charges will apply for hours over and above your child's Free Funded Entitlement.
Fees from September 2025 onwards will be £7.00 per hour (£21.00 for a single 3 hour session).
Funding Support
Universal 15 hour funding for 3 and 4 year olds
Every child age 3 and 4 years old is eligible for Free government early education funding from the term following his or her third birthday. This universal free entitlement provides a maximum of 15 hours per week over 38 weeks of the year (term time). Funding for 3 and 4 year olds may be split between two different early years settings, to a maximum of 15 hours per week.
Working Family Funding
Any Working family with a child over the age of 9 months (subject to certain Government legislated criteria) can access 15 hours a week, term time only, Working Family Funding. From September 2025 this offer will increase to 30 hours per week, term time only.
Working families with children aged 3 and 4 years old can access an extended 15 hours a week, term time only (subject to cretain Government legislated criteria).

In addition, we are registered with Essex Early Years and Childcare to receive funding for 2 year old children whose families meet the criteria for this entitlement. Funding for 2 year olds can only be claimed at one setting – unlike the funding for 3 and 4 year olds, it cannot be split between 2 settings.
Check EligibilityFor all children, any hours over and above the Free funded hours will be charged at the usual hourly rate of £6.75 increasing to £7.00 from September 2025.
Voluntary Donations and Payments
Extra optional activities such as events, celebrations and specialist tuition are voluntary payments/donations from families.
